1. Using GØRBAR
GØRBAR is a shared task-list service for personal and collaborative work. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to use the service in accordance with applicable law.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use GØRBAR.
2. Accounts and access
Some parts of GØRBAR require an account. Accounts can use email authentication or supported third-party sign-in providers such as Google.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in information secure. Contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
3. Your lists and shared content
You keep the rights to the text, notes, links, and other content you add to GØRBAR. You give us the limited permission needed to store, synchronize, and display that content as part of the service.
When you share a list, collaborators can access the list and its items according to the sharing permissions in the service. Recurring timer settings belong to the item and are shared with the collaborators who can access it.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use GØRBAR to:
- break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or another account;
- interfere with the service, its security, or its availability; or
- upload malicious code or content intended to harm people or systems.
5. Availability and synchronization
GØRBAR is provided as an evolving service. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.
Offline changes are queued on the device and synchronized when connectivity returns. You remain responsible for checking that important changes have synchronized correctly.
6. Services we rely on
GØRBAR relies on third-party infrastructure for authentication, database storage, realtime synchronization, hosting, email delivery, and performance monitoring. Those providers process information in connection with providing their respective services.
7. Disclaimers and liability
GØRBAR is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, GØRBAR is not responsible for indirect losses, interruptions, or loss of data resulting from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
